New nickname for my dog Mika

Oxyboy! Yes, totally inspired by the feel-good hormone oxytocin. I mean, I get to hug Mika whenever I want and know he contributes greatly to my overall wellbeing. Anyone else with pets they just love more, more and more? 

Summer vibes middle of Norwegian winter

I have created a mediterranean corner in my Oslo apartment with favourite colours from the South of France. Plus I have touches of yellow in different places – biensur! Going for life to feel light and sunny all year round.

Yoga inspo

I don´t remember where I read this but it spoke to me right away. Here it is: “You haven´t found yoga. Yoga has found you. Honour your practice.” I love love love this.

High vibe food

How about eating up to 80% fresh fruits and vegetables? This is what Dr Sue Morter, master of bioenergetic medicine and quantum field visionary, suggests in her book The Energy Codes, chapter re Chemistry Code. “If you want your body to be more alive, you have to eat alive foods!”. Okay, I am stocking up.

Wishful thinking

My dog Mika is 12 years old and pretty anxious about unexpected sounds and new situations. Oh I wish I could give him some breathing techniques to help calm his high alert nervous system.
