Come open yourself to movement and breath in the present moment, allowing for a greater sense of wellbeing.

My yoga classes are aimed at anyone interested in being guided through yoga poses and sequences that lead to a greater awareness of the body’s aliveness and the presence of breath.

The poses are offered at different levels to allow everyone to have a sense of ease and a feeling of groundedness in every posture. There is no need to be flexible to attend my classes. I always emphasize care for the spine and joints in the various postures in order to allow the body to move as best it can.

In teaching yoga I have a passion for Yoga for Sports. If you are into sports, my aim is to help you keep your body working for you so that you can keep on enjoying your sport.

Please note: As you go on the physical yoga journey, your body will get stronger and more flexible, your mind calmer, and your breathing more relaxed.
