In a world that is full of noise and where everything seems to want your attention it is not easy to find calmness and peace within. I am here to give you presence and help you see life in a better way.

Presence is love. It is a human need and we all need to be seen to feel loved. Being human involves going through challenges in life and that is okay as we learn from all experiences. Even the ones that hurt us the most. I can help you relieve the heaviness you might be experiencing. 

Presence helps for calmness within, clarity of mind and more compassion to oneself. I believe living in the present moment is crucial for finding true wellbeing.

Feeling inclined to speak with me? Then do get in touch. A one-hour session includes presence and compassionate listening for what is important to you. Movement practice, guided meditation or breath awareness might be included depending on what comes up and what you feel comfortable with. The session is about helping you feel more lightness and ease.
